Our medication reconciliation and refill service is designed to keep you safe, organized, and on track with your prescriptions. Through secure telehealth, we review every medication you take-including over-the-counter products and supplements-to check for duplicates, interactions, and dosing concerns.

When clinically appropriate, we provide refills for stable, ongoing medicines such as blood pressure, cholesterol, or thyroid medications, always within safe time frames and current guidelines. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I focus on preventing gaps in therapy while avoiding unnecessary risk.
